Most speaking engagements are flexible for your needs and availability. I have spoken to large congregations, small group leaders, ministry leaders, youth, business owners, etc., and all within the context of a defined outcome.
We will conference in advance and define the one step you would like your people to make and how much time you have to gather them together in a group setting. We can do several evenings or a one-day seminar. The format is up to you, and my team will help ensure we are prepared to meet your needs.

Sometimes a leader just needs a listening ear and some good coaching. I am a certified John Maxwell coach with experience coaching pastors and businessmen alike. Coaching sessions are generally 30 minutes long and set weekly for a pre-determined period of time. A free consult is available by appointment through contacting my staff during office hours.
